100% quality Pinot Grapes. Wine-making method: pressing of whole grapes with 8 hour maceration, fermentation at 20°C and partially malolactic fermentation.
Maturation in steel on own yeasts, then in bottles.
Organoleptic characteristics: yellow with green tinges; fragrance of soft fruits and ripe pear which ends on white flowers; great structure and balance, long and complex flavour.
