Chardonnay
One of the last French vine varieties to be introduced into Friuli.
It is highly regarded both as a wine with unmistakable elegance and as a base for making white sparkling wine.
It has a delicate fruity fragrance, in particular of banana, and its flavour is full and well-orchestrated.
Serve at 10/12 °C.
